Apparently it is not easy to open up packages without damaging content or box. Again and again I face boxes with damaged or even broken flaps. In principle this should not be tolerated especially as it can be avoided so easily.

Take a knife!
Generally women have the great prestige to have much too long finger nails. Nevertheless one should always help himself out with a knife to open rare boxes. Now please don’t cut it open!

Those beasty boxes mostly have a rehook below the flap to hinder it from being opened. With a thin knife one can easily withdraw the hook by lightly pressing against it and than levelling up the flap.
